Manufacturing Scale & Production Capacity

Our manufacturing operations are supported by self-operated production facilities located in Guangzhou, one of China's major luggage and bag manufacturing regions. The factory area covers over 40,000 square meters with approximately 650 employees supporting daily manufacturing operations. Organized production workshops and standardized assembly procedures help support stable, large-volume production for trolley luggage, backpacks, and travel bag categories, with a monthly output of up to 300,000 backpacks.

Product Development & Design Experience

Continuous investment in product development allows us to optimize luggage functionality, structural performance, and travel-oriented design details for different market demands. Our development team focuses on shell materials, spinner wheel systems, telescopic handles, storage layouts, zipper structures, and travel convenience features to improve both practicality and product competitiveness. With more than 200 patented designs and years of luggage development experience, we continue expanding product solutions for global distributors and retail markets.

Integrated Supply Chain & Order Fulfillment

We have established an integrated supply chain system covering material sourcing, component procurement, production scheduling, assembly, packaging, and export coordination. Stable supplier cooperation and organized manufacturing workflows help maintain efficient production management and relatively stable lead times for international bulk orders. The manufacturing system also supports large-volume replenishment plans, seasonal procurement demands, and long-term distribution cooperation projects more efficiently.

Quality Control & Product Testing

A standardized quality control system is implemented throughout the production process, including raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, production-line checks, and final product inspection before shipment. Key trolley luggage components such as wheels, telescopic handles, zippers, locks, and shell structures undergo multiple inspection procedures to help maintain product consistency and overall quality, supporting more reliable performance across large-volume export orders.
