VANCOUVER, B.C. – Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. (TSX-V: AHU) (“Arctic Hunter” or the “Company”) announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,750,000 units priced at $0.20 for gross proceeds of $350,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will be entitle the holder to purchase one common share at $0.25 for a period of three years from closing.

In connection with the private placement, the Company will pay a commission in the amount of 10% of the total funds raised
The proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes. The Units will be subject to resale restrictions.

The Company is a Canadian Oil & Gas exploration and development Company that acquires and finances the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas assets primarily in Western Canada.
