ARCTIC HUNTER ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN OIL WELLS IN LANDROSE, SASKATCHEWAN

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. (TSX-V: AHU) (the “Company”) announces that it has agreed to terminate its subparticipation agreements (the “Agreements”) in respect of three wells located in Landrose, Saskatchewan (the “Lands”). The Agreements were originally executed on October 14, 2010 and November 18, 2011 with Alberta Star Development Corp. (“Alberta Star”). The Company and Alberta Star propose to enter into a termination agreement (the “Termination Agreement”) pursuant to which the Company relinquishes to Alberta Star its interest in the Lands, and Alberta Star agrees to pay $72,000 to the Company as consideration for the termination of the Agreements. Alberta Star and the Company have two common directors.

The Termination Agreement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
